TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

The full amount of the rent must be paid cash on arriving at the apartment.
The following details are required in order to complete a booking: first and last names, flight (or any other transport) numbers and hours (both ways), cell phone number as well as a 100 euro-deposit.
The deposit will be returned in cash on checking out of the apartment following an inspection provided no damage have been caused and the original cleanliness conditions have been respected.
In case of any physical damage or neighbourly disturbance the deposit will NOT be returned.
Should the cleanliness conditions be unsatisfactory a 40 euro-amount will be taken off the full amount of the deposit as an extra cleaning fee.
Likewise the deposit is subject to a respectful attitude during the stay at the apartment: neighbourly observance will be demanded, inopportune racket in the staircase and disturbance of the peace at night shall be avoided. Thank you for your understanding.
The 100 euro-deposit can be sent via PAYPAL www.paypal.com to the following address: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or IBAN bank transfer (Europe only). In this case our bank details will be provided by request. In case of cancellation the deposit will be refunded provided the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the booking date. In case of refund the possible additional bank fees will be retained from the 100 euro-deposit.
Check-in starts from 2.00 p.m. onwards. Earlier check-in times – from 10 a.m. onwards – depend on availabilities. Check-out is at 12 p.m. (noon) on the last day. Should you be willing to vacate the apartment before noon check out will be from 10 a.m. the very morning or at 7 p.m. the evening before in case you have to leave before 10 a.m. The deposit will be returned in cash after inspection. We charge 20 € late check in fee after 21h45 at the meeting point. Thanks. Any change in a confirmed booking will depend on our availabilities and an extra charge might be applied.
